Edward Borges
Edward Borges was appointed communications director for the [http://ocfs.state.ny.us New York State Office of Children and Family Services] in December 2007. He develops and guides the agency's narrative, including comprehensive media relations, to advance Governor David Paterson and Commissioner Gladys Carrion's reform of New York State's juvenile justice, child welfare, and child care systems.
